4. Retention periods

Kartex will keep your personal data in a secure environment for a maximum period of five (5) years from the termination of the business relationship or for the maximum retention period provided by the applicable legislation in France in case of dispute.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to ask the data controller for access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure or the limitation of the processing of your personal data.
